I am just returning from Ahmedabad, India where the team of the Brodos India pvt Ltd. is located. I have to commit that I have not been there personally for the last two years. First because I knew that my german colleagues who visit the Indian team regularly make a good job and second the results we get out of the work in Ahmedabad are more than satisfying. So I did expect a well organised and smooth running operation.
What I found was way more than that. Today we have more than 50 software engineers in India and I spoke to each and every one of our staff. In the team reviews I found so much passion and spirit for the projects and applications we are producing there that I was really stunned.
