With the swap service, a swap pool with functioning smartphones and tablets is used to replace defective devices.
Swap service provides replacement devices at any time
If your employee has a defective work phone or tablet in his or her hands, we will deliver a replacement device safely and quickly using our swap service. During the exchange service, the broken device is replaced within 24 hours with a functioning device. In this way, Brodos supports your employee so that operational activities can continue.
How does our service work?
If a work phone needs to be repaired, the incident is registered by mail, telephone or defined interface by your employee. Within a certain period of time, we will send out a new smartphone from the swap pool, including all agreed services, such as installing a screen protector.
Starting with the date of registration, your employee has ten days to send us the broken smartphone or tablet. After receiving the device, the repair will be carried out within the legal warranty period. The repaired device is then stored in the swap pool for your employee until it is needed again.
The swap pool guarantees device replacement
Each of our clients has its own swap pool. If desired, a swap pool can be shared with other clients. This pool contains a selection of devices that are reserved exclusively for your employees.
The deadlines regarding the return of the devices can be agreed upon individually depending on the project. Our service is guaranteed at all times due to a predefined stock of fully functional phones so that a replacement device can be delivered within 24 hours.
